Hygiene & Safety

In order to keep our customers and their families safe, we make sure that our checks and balances are in place. Here is the process that we follow :

1. No member can enter kitchen without the followings :
  • (a) Temperature check, SPO2 monitoring, physical analysis of any other symptoms
  • (b) Remove masks, clothes, footwear outside the kitchen then wear disinfected clothes, new mask, new cap and new nitrile(powder free) gloves
2. Supplies have multiple checks :
  • (a) Vegetables and meat is washed separately with food grade disinfectant mixed with water
  • (b) After washing, Vegetables and Meat is kept in Vyraliser separately which is an Ultraviolet Sanitisation Cabinet for 10 minutes before it is stored. Groceries are also kept in Vyraliser before storage
  • (c) Suppliers are not allowed inside the kitchen and they leave all supplies in a designated area from where nothing enters the kitchen unless it has gone through the disinfection process
3. Cooking is a process where no virus or bacteria can survive due to the temperature it is done at
  • Tandoor – 650-850 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Curry/Gravy – 185-210 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Dry roasting spices – 220-250 degrees Fahrenheit
Still we make sure that:
  • • Utensils, equipment’s and cutlery is disinfected every morning before the operations start.
  • • Our kitchen is well ventilated and without air conditioning. Since we are a cloud kitchen, there is no inflow of Cutomers, Waiters, Managers etc. Our 273 sq ft kitchen consists of only 3 team members and they have designated areas to operate therefore there is a permanent gap of 90 ft maintained between them.
4. Touch free packaging and home delivery policy :
  • (a) Once an order is prepared it is directly transferred from pan/handi/Seekh to packing containers without any touch
  • (b) After it is put in container, lid is placed on it using hands with nitrile (powder free) gloves
  • (c) After packing is complete, container is placed in carry bag using nitrile gloves and goes into Vyraliser and stays there for 10 minutes for disinfection
  • (d) Carry bag leaves the kitchen and is given to delivery staff. Delivery staff reaches your home keeps the bag at your doorstep and stands 6 ft away. Now you can leave the carry bag outside and take the container inside your home. Our delivery staff will pick up the carry bag and leave after you close the door
