We don’t believe in passing off mutton cooked with thick Punjabi gravy as Mutton Roghan Josh. We study, research and get the original recipe from the geography where it belongs. Our chefs have been handpicked from the best places and specialize in dishes from distinct regions of Awadh along with the regions that inspired Awadhi cuisine.
